2015 Wautoma Walk to End Alzheimer's
The 2015 Walk to End Alzheimer's is taking place in Wautoma on Saturday, September 12th! Registration begins at 8:00 AM at the World War II Memorial, the Walk Ceremony begins at 9:00 AM, and the Walk begins at 9:30 AM. We will walk right down Main Street up to 1 mile and back! Healthy Living with Diabetes workshop
Healthy Living with Diabetes is a 6-week workshop designed to help adults with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes learn self-management skills and increase confidence in managing diabetes. There is a suggested donation of $15 but it is not required to take the workshop.
Biggest Loser RunWalk Half Marathon/5K/Kids Fit Fun Run
There are races for all fitness levels, whether you are ready to set a personal record or this is your first race, come join us at The Biggest Loser Run/Walk. Each registered participant and finisher will receive: a Biggest Loser finisher's medal, commemorative Biggest Loser Run/Walk shirt, and drawstring backpack. This will also be a chip-timed race for runners and those tracking personal goals. There will also be free downloadable race photos and awards for different divisions. As well as Celebrity appearances by former contestants from “The Biggest Loser”.
