Oshkosh Playin' Round proudly presents "The One That Got Away," a comedy in two acts, directed by Tara Gulbrandsen on April 24th, 25th, and 26th at the Oshkosh Masonic Center, 204 Washington Avenue across from the Oshkosh Public Library. Friday and Saturday doors open at 6:00, the show starts at 7:00. Sunday matinee, doors open at 1:00, show starts at 2:00. Tickets are $12 at the door. The state newspaper reads, "Annual Fishing Tournament Expecting Record Number of Female Participants." This news is great for women who love the sport of fishing. It's even greater news for men who love the sport of "picking up chicks," even if they don't know how to fish. Brad and his buddies pick up a "Fishing for Dummies" book and head to Weiss Lake to join the tournament. They figure by the time the ladies find out they can't fish, they will have already won them over with their "charm and animal magnetism." Hilarity ensues as the ladies catch on and put the men's egos into place.
