Green Lake County Diaper Drive

Diaper Drive for Children in Need The Green Lake County Department of Health and Human Services is sponsoring a Diaper Drive throughout Green Lake, Adams, Marquette, and Waushara Counties. The Diaper Drive is part of the Community Response Program (CRP) of Green Lake County and is funded by the Green Lake County Children and Family Unit. The CRP is a program that works in partnership with families to reach identified goals. CRP takes a preventative approach to help families with everyday stress and connects them with necessary community resources. Services offered through CRP include; parenting classes, referral and information resources in the community, home visitation, and community response. Diapers donated to the Diaper Drive will be given to families in need throughout Green Lake, Adams, Marquette, and Waushara Counties. Diapers will be collected until February 1st, 2014 at these drop site locations: Green Lake Bank, Green Lake Mill Pond Library, Kingston Markesan Public Library, Markesan Farmers and Merchants Bank, Berlin Piggly Wiggly, Princeton Wal-Mart, Berlin Dollar General, Berlin Markesan State Bank, Bridge Street, Markesan JT/ Sentry Foods, Berlin Berlin Family Restaurant, Berlin Green Lake CHN building, Green Lake St. Johns Lutheran Church/ School, Berlin Helping Hearts/ Federated Church, Green Lake Green Lake Health and Human Services building, Green Lake

8th Annual Coloma Area Chili Cookoff & Soup Supper

Kids games, raffle baskets, door prizes. Vote for the best chili chef $.25 per vote, but paper money works too. All proceeds go to the Coloma Area Historical Society.
